Always a great experience here. They provide a clear quote with pictures, get you in quick, and do a good job. Never had any issues and have been bringing both my cars here for 7+ years now.
I’ve used Burnett Automotive for years and for multiple cars. This particular location, 69 Hwy and 135th in Overland Park has taken care of four different vehicles for us. We trust them to diagnose the work necessary and complete stated repairs on time and for exactly what they say it will cost. Highly, highly recommended!
Excellent service! Same day appointment and only waited 2 hours. Had my car back and onto the rest of my day. It would have been faster had I not been a same day add on! Will be back!
