Mechanics were awesome. Hence why they received a two star. The front desk lady made difficult work of communication, wouldn't give even a relative time of estimated completed work, and was rude. Seemed she over charged me, then "gave me" a discount for inconvenience after being extremely rude and disrespectful, which made the price exactly what it was expected to be. Won't go ever again.

I called mid-week and scheduled an appointment for repair work the following Monday. I provided my contact information, the car make, model, and year as well as a description of the issue to be fixed. They're closed on Sunday so I left the vehicle in the lot, left a a note restating the issue and my contact information. I then left the keys in the key drop as I would with any other mechanic I've used. On Monday I hadn't heard from them so I called at 3:45 to see if the repair would be complete that day or they needed more time. I was told they hadn't looked at it because they couldn't verify the work that needed to be done. They then blamed me for not also attaching my contact information and issue description to the keys. Hello, I am Susan Kuchinsky and I am writing to ask for help!!!! I am concerned about the length of time that my transmission is taking to rebuild. On April 6th I was at Ward Parkway my car would not respond when I put it in reverse. I had it towed to my home as it was past 6 pm and shops are closed. On Friday, the 7th, I rented a car. I went to your shop as you honor my warranty. I then had my car towed to your shop. I was told that you were very busy but you would work me in. On 4-11 you had the diagnostic work done. I came up to check on it. The transmission needed to be rebuilt , brakes, and power steering pump was leaking. The transmission was covered by warranty, the brakes and pump were not. I at that time wanted all the work done. Because I cannot get an estimate of when my car will be ready, I have cancelled the brakes and pump work .
