I like to do maintenance myself, but I have been busy before and I took my truck in twice. Once for an injection harness, the other for a turbo leak. The injection harness was done very quickly, the mechanic knew what he was doing and did a very good job. I needed my truck quickly in the dead of winter, and they took care of me and priced the work very reasonably. I got my truck back today for a oil leak under the turbo pedestal. Fix was easy, guys knew what they were doing. I knew the bolts were going to be a pain coming out, I didn't realize that they would be as big of a problem as they were. Precision got them out, they did a good job. The repair is cheaper than a new turbo or running my truck out of oil. Very pleased with their work. Only complaint is that it's a manual transmission, so I never use the parking brake, never think anything of it. Someone stepped on it, which is common practice, but it shredded a wiring harness that fed into a computer under my dash that was hanging

I brought my vehicle in for a pre-trip inspection back in April before a cross-country trip. The person who greeted me was the opposite of friendly & welcoming, there was nowhere for me to wait while my vehicle was being inspected (which was my original plan until I arrived at the shop!), and they kept my vehicle for the ENTIRE day...for a scheduled inspection. In the end, I was charged $182 with no breakdown of where the costs came from and zero information about what had been inspected or the results of the inspection (other than new lightbulbs & new windshield wipers - which they installed without checking with me first or telling me how much it would cost). My vehicle is older, I travel a LOT, and I get it inspected at least twice annually at shops across the country; I know it has MANY issues that shops most often find - for example, I just took it to Midas yesterday (for a *free* inspection), and they provided me a printout sheet identifying a number of more minor items for me to
