I had a fantastic experience with Austin at Burnett Mechanics. He skillfully replaced the exhaust manifold gasket on my Ford F250 diesel. Not only was the work done with precision, but it was completed surprisingly quickly and at a reasonable cost. I can't recommend Burnett Mechanics enough; their professionalism and expertise make them my go-to mechanics in Manhattan, Kansas. These guys are truly respectable and reliable.
They were amazing!!! They helped me out in a time of need and were so kind and fast about it. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will be recommending them and going to them from now on.
When we arrived they were waiting to take our two vehicles for tire rotation and oil change and overall check. The work was completed efficiently and we were out. The mechanic met us in the lobby to explain what needed to be done in detail. He was respectful and patient. The front desk manager honored our free tire rotation policy that accompanied our tire purchase from Florida. We would highly recommend this business for car care.
