I called to ensure if I purchased my battery at this store they would install it for me. The guy that answered the phone told me he wasn’t going to install my battery because it’s snowing. We do not have snow sticking to the ground. I’m headed to purchase my $300 battery elsewhere.
First - greeted with the most gentle and obnoxious soul - Walter ????. Second, blessed with a professional who - not only replaced the windshield wipers, but educated me on the recommended replacement times and truly helped out a customer - THANK YOU for your kindness. We will be back.
I have been in several times and they are always polite and helpful. I even had a gentleman replace one of my wipers during a rain shower when I purchased it. That is above and beyond in my opinion. Great customer service!
