Belt on car broke driving to Greenwood drove straight to Midas they got me right in and fixed car in a timely manner! It was such a blessing and the guys working were so kind and understanding!

I brought my car in for an issue my car was initially diagnosed with. Cameron and his team took the time to rediagnose my issues and ended up saving me almost $700. I appreciate the integrity and honesty with which these guys work. They could have easily taken advantage of this woman who knows nothing about cars. They earned themselves a customer for life today!

There isn't enough space to tell it all. I've returned my car for repairs that were supposedly done several times(all in a 2 month period). Each time I had to return my car again with no resolve. This last time was thee last time using Midas. I paid for a repair that did not happen. Instead something else was supposedly done but this video sounds like NOTHING was done. I finally called corporate to see if they could help. 2 weeks and no ones's called back. I will follow up again with corporate and hope to get some resolve. Maybe this 1 star rating can get some attention. Probably not. Who am I kidding. Paying for repairs that don't actually happen is a rip off. Back to the dealership I go.
