Big O Tires

I took my vehicle to this Big O Tires location on 5/18/2023. An employee wrecked it and messed up the bumper and tail light. Big O stated they would fix it because they caused the damage while it was in their possession. Fair enough. Accidents happen. I provided them with a quote from my body shop on 6/2/2023 and they were supposed to approve the repair. It's been over a month since the incident and three weeks since I provided the quote but they still will not give me the approval to proceed with the repair. I've followed up numerous times. They can't decide if they are going to pay for it out of pocket or turn it into their insurance (the owner cannot decide apparently). Well, it's been too long so here is the review. These are the facts. I would not recommend doing business with this Big O location. This is my first time using this store.
