Was driving to the in laws on Christmas eve when my low air warning came on. Stopped here to see if they had an air pump I could use and the worker came out and filled up my tires for me! I said I could do it as it was cold out, but he said per policy he had to do it. He was super nice and it was done immediately, even on Christmas eve! Wish I had grabbed your name, but thanks again!

It was agreed to replace winter tires with summer ones. My car had spare tires. the meeting was at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at 11:00, left the car with them and went about my business, returned at 2:00 p.m. my car was sitting where i left it and the tires had not been replaced. I made an appointment for 3:00 p.m. as a result, the meeting was cancelled, half the day was spent without a car.

I've been coming to this Firestone location for a number of years to service our cars. I feel that they are honest and reliable and priced right.
