I only needed an oil change, but received detailed service. I really like the report they created for my car. Sure, most mechanics are going to suggest repairs and fixes to your car; that’s business. What this report showed me was they went over my car from top to bottom even though it was just an oil change. They didn’t just suggest the standard oil change fixes like a new air filter or windshield wipers. They really went through an in-depth inspection and provided pictures of their findings. Mainly, when they presented me with their findings, they provided feedback and suggestions for repairs. They didn’t aggressively try and sell me more services. Not sure if that matters to you, but it matters to me. Great detail oriented service without the pushy sales tactics. I have been coming here for some time now. I was just in for my 2022 Chevy Equinox for an oil change. I did NOT get a digital vehicle inspection. That was a disappointment. I was hoping to get a loaner car so I can run some errands while my car was being worked on and they told me that they are no longer offered. That really disappointing. Mike and Potter in the front office are the reason I keep coming back. I feel that they're service is above and beyond Biggest let down again was not getting a digital vehicle inspection. Not sure if my car is going to need anything else in the near future...... Service: Oil change

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have no complaints- unlike most dealership service departments, I can count on the integrity, honesty and workmanship of Schaumburg Automedics. They also are efficient, timely with repairs and always call with an estimate informing me exactly what the repair will be before the work is initiated.
