As a young woman who knows what how hard it is to trust mechanics, trust that this place will take your money and damage your car by putting in faulty, cheap parts, because they know you can’t say anything else about it. As a single young woman, it is very hard to trust auto places to give you working, quality parts for a reasonable price, this place will not give you either. After being, with the same auto body server for 10 years, I had been referred to Djs auto service center. I would like to hope what I experienced was a one off event, because I’m not sure who would have referred anyone like this, but what I experienced in the amount of money I lost because of Djs auto service makes me upset. Not only did the $1200 job have to get re-serviced so I ended up paying close to $3000, but their communication on how to rectify the problem was the most upsetting. Highly recommended! Honest and professional. I took my car here for a second opinion after Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg recommended whole bunch of services that seem too early for a 55k car. A major one being lower ball joints replacement w/alignment for $950! Dan took the car for inspection and immediately called me and said: "I couldn't sell it to you even if I didn't like you". There was no need to replace it or do any other services recommended by the dealership. He didn't take a penny for the inspection either. Regular maintenance and repairs - DJ's has done thorough work, answered any and all questions, and has gotten me back on the road in timely fashion. Their pricing is competitive, and I never dread having to bring my car in for fear of being gouged. They always take great care, and I couldn't be happier.
