Yesterday, I was on my way to sell my car to CarMax and after adding some gas on the way there one of my warning lights displayed on the dashboard. I was quite frustrated because I was 10 minutes away from selling my car. I stopped at the Car Doctor in Schaumburg and Jeff took the time to stop what he was doing to give my car a quick diagnosis. It turned out that it was just a minor tire sensor issue and not something with the engine which would have lowered the value of my car. He told me this issue should not reduce the appraisal value of my car. He turned out to be exactly correct because I had done an online appraisal before going to turn the car in and the physical inspection did not reduce the value I had already been quoted. Jeff didn't even charge me for the service and refused to accept any compensation when I offererd to pay him something.
