K Auto - Schaumburg

Nathan and the team at K Auto are absolutely amazing! The service they provide is top notch and they are so easy to do business with. They really set the standard for how a company should service their customers. Finding an auto shop that you can trust to provide honest opinions on what needs to be done to your vehicle is so hard to come by. I'm so happy that I have them to help me with my vehicle. I've been coming here for years and haven't left a review but today I felt the need to because I'm so happy with the service they provided. Highly recommended!! Service: Oil change

I had a nail in my tire. They got me in the same day. They don't stock tires in house, but said they could have a replacement the following day and would give me a free loaner car in the meantime. The were able to repair after all. They patch from inside the tire in addition to plugging the hole and not all shops go that extra, very necessary step. Nathan dropped me back at home to save me an Uber expense since I'm only 5 minutes away. They do a lot more than just tires. I'll be back and I would recommend this shop!

After receiving a list of work that needed done on my Jeep from a dealer, along with estimates, I was referred to K Auto Repair and Tire Center by a friend. I spoke with Nathan informing him of what the dealer said. He recommended a complete inspection in order to see where the vehicle stands regarding maintenance. An appointment was quickly made, along with arrangements for a loaner vehicle. I dropped my Jeep off and within 3 hours, Nathan called with recommendations. He agreed with most items the dealer recommended; overall, prices ran a bit less expensive than the dealer. Nathan did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why; what repairs should come first and why. I never felt pressured or intimidated. He thoroughly answered all questions. This happened on a Friday afternoon, so he advised that my car would be ready Monday. There was no problem keeping the loaner car all weekend. I actually received a phone call Saturday at noon saying my vehicle was ready.
