Outstanding customer service!! I went there without a prior appointment to get an estimate for a few somewhat deep scratches on the bumper of my new Porsche Macan. Art Garcia made himself available and assessed the damages. He was completely transparent and gave me his honest opinion and a couple of alternatives to consider. They graciously and generously repaired the scratches within 45 minutes and even gave me some touch up paint to take home, all complimentary of America’s Auto Body. I can now barely see the scratches. I was very moved by the level of customer service, explanation of their due diligence and process, candidness and their offer of a much easier alternative. I was equally impressed with the shop set up, cleanliness, knowledge, quality of work and professional staff. I would like to thank Art and his team for their outstanding service. I had the best experience here. The staff was helpful and friendly especially Jerry who took great care of me. The shop is spotless and professional. The price for my repair incredibly generous!! They do excellent work. I Highly recommend them!
