I decided to try this location 97 S. Cicero , cause of the location I had been with since 1998 - 04/ 2023 on a 103 S. Kedzie in Chgo.IL they aren’t operating Professionally anymore.

Just got off the phone with someone who identified himself as your manager. I started telling him about I was getting an erratic oil pressure reading. I noticed the erratic readings about six weeks ago. That's when I noticed it! He said, "Sir, you have not had an oil change in nine months that's why you getting the erratic behavior!" He went on to lecture me loudly saying, "You're SUPPOSED TO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT LEAST 2 TIMES A YEAR!" I said "how do you know that is the problem when you haven't let me finish what I'm about to say?" He told me he didn't need to hear what had to say because that is the only reason I was having a problem--he said this while increasingly becoming belligerent and raising his voice. He accused me of having a bad day or something, and didn't want to deal with me! He told me to, "Look at the back of your receipt sir, 3,000 miles or 3 months. Have a nice day."
