The manager Joe is very professional, kind & hands on! He’s respectful & treats everyone w/the utmost respect! When I was there, it was quite busy & they were down a manager, but you would have never known the way Joe multitasked everything whereas everyone left happy & satisfied w/his managerial/customer service skill set…
I decided to try this location 97 S. Cicero , cause of the location I had been with since 1998 - 04/ 2023 on a 103 S. Kedzie in Chgo.IL they aren’t operating Professionally anymore.
This Jiffy Lube gives excellent service and all the staff I dealt with today was extremely courteous!! They let me know everything that was going on with my vehicle as they worked on it! They also gave me a price range and stayed in it! A huge high five as well to the District Manager DeLonda who recommended this great location. I’ve never had an issue with any of the Jiffy Lube’s I’ve visited, but I have to say this is the best one thus far! So if anyone out there is reading this PLEASE don’t hesitate to come here. You will not be disappointed!!!
