I had a complicated transmission issue with my warranty company on my BMW X5 that lasted about a year to resolve. I worked with Sam at Eagle, he can come across a bit strong at first but he is a sweetheart and very personable when you meet him. He was always on my side and looking for my best interest. After a long nightmare with warranty company I got my BMW back with a new trans. Hats off to you Sam for pushing back and making sure my car was done right and for understanding the reasons why people pay to have warranties on situations like this one. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eagle Engine Performance for a brake pad replacement on my BMW m850i, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. First and foremost, the staff at Eagle Engine Performance were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I appreciated how they took the time to explain the process to me in a way that I could easily understand. They patiently answered all my questions, making me feel confident in their expertise. The efficiency of the brake pad replacement was remarkable. I dropped off my car in the morning, expecting it to take the better part of the day. To my surprise, they had it ready for pick up in just about an hour. I wanted the engine rebuilt in my 2011 Chevy Equinox. I had called 6 or 7 other shops and was told that it would be ridiculous to rebuild it with one person telling me "That's just stupid". I was getting discouraged but I decided to call Eagle Engine Performance because of the great reviews. Sam immediately said he would do what I wanted. His pricing is fair and reasonable and he did a beautiful job. He explained that I will need to change oil at least every 3,000 miles to prevent future issues which I am going to do. We are extremely happy with Sam's work and highly recommend him.
