Went there for some basic maintenance and found out I had a bigger issue was resolved the same day great crew working in the garage as well at the desk. Thank you fellas.

Two young guys I spoke to were not very friendly. I was slightly annoyed with them. However there were two guys who were friendly. I've been coming there for 6 years and I usually get good service. That's why I rated it an average experience.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 PM. I made my appointment on time and drop my car off at the Chevy dealership. I had taken my car in for an oil change and to have the license plate bub and housing. Replaced at 6 o’clock in the evening. I called the dealership to find out if my car was finished and they said they were waiting For me to give the OK to replace the license plate above and housing which cost $55. I did not receive a text or a phone call from the dealership. I was very disappointed that they had my car for over three hours and no one had called me to let me know all I had to do is verify the work being done .
