KS Autocare - Auto Repair Shop in Elgin IL

Heat was out in my mother-in-law's 2005 Lincoln, so wanted to find a good mechanic closer to her home. Found KS Autocare through a flyer in the mail, and after reading good reviews online - tried them. Couldn't be happier with Seth and team!! Seth was AWESOME to work with and could totally relate to our family dynamics. He was great at communicating at every step of the way. They addressed all issues that my mother-in-law had. They even pointed out some other potential problems down the road and gave us labeled photos to explain what they were talking about. They are very thorough here - down to giving us the error codes and meanings, etc. Seth even did some extra leg work to find out about some of these other issues for us and what we can do. KS Autocare only took 2 days to fix heat!! They had great communication and provided estimates before doing anything. Mike was even kind enough to do a tire rotation that my mother-in-law wanted, at no charge while fixing the heat issue.

Seth was very accommodating and professional - called me back right away even though they were supposedly closed on a Saturday. They even have clear pictures on what’s wrong with my car and categorized them according to the most urgent need to be fixed without being pushy. Also, they have service to drop you off back home!
