Car-One Tire & Auto

This is my second visit to Car-One and both visits have been fantastic. Bob was who I spoke with today, and he went above and beyond. It was just a minor fix, but it was repaired quickly and at a very fair price. I thought it was a suspension issue but I was wrong. It would have been easy for a mechanic to take advantage of the situation and charge for something not really needed but these are honest guys. Would definitely recommend and will definitely bring my Jeep back.

Really professional and very helpful. I'm using Car-One shop for many years. Always very high quality and high standards. And they just nice people. Excellent job and customer service.

I am editing my review from 5+ stars to a 2. I initially brought my car in for a rear break service, which I received and to my surprise the front ones were checked and altered too. I was never advised that the front breaks needed anything. I appreciated the extra step they did...but whatever they did to "fix" the front breaks ended up causing a terrible noise. I brought it back in to address the new issue. The issue still was not resolved. I took it back a third time really frustrated and was told that the car has been serviced and that the noise was "not a safety issue"...but that they'd look at it again. Nothing has changed and the sound is terrible when applying the breaks, especially at a slow speed. So I guess because it's not a safety issue, it will remain the way it is now because they can't fix it. Really disappointing.
