I have been there twice. First time they pointed out our vehicle was under warranty and saved us a ton of money. Second time I was told by another company I needed new brakes. Took it in to FTD and they said I did not need new brakes saving me money again. These guys are honest and fair! I will definitely be using them for my automobiles needs! FTD does a great job taking care of my car. Staff is knowledgeable and professional.They did a great job replacing my shocks and struts. They do great job of getting you in and out. Making an appointment is easy and they are very responsive. I will continue to use them. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Oil change
They were very helpful. The service was quick. I had a trip from Illinois to Miami and they made sure that my car made it all the way. Nothing but good things to say about these mechanics. They went out of their way to make sure that my tires were not leaking air. Made sure that my car wasn’t working function when I thought the alternator was dead. They did all the tests and they made sure that everything was good.
