Scheduled an appointment for an alignment which is pretty straight forward. Upon my arrival, it took 5-7 minutes for someone to notice that I arrived for my appointment. Once checked in, I waited half an hour longer than the anticipated time. No big deal. At checkout, I was not provided before and after data spec printouts which are routinely given for vehicle maintenance. I requested these at the point of checkout and was told they are not provided and was told to “trust they did the work”. Weird… I made it home and called back to see if I was able to get the before and after alignment data on a different day, as I expect data can be pulled after a service has been done. Technology nowadays is great. Steven, the service employee, told me the printer was not working and essentially, I was out of luck.
