I wish I could give 1,000 stars!!! Graham was incredible!!! I called last minute (1130 this morning) due to my check engine light being on in a car I just bought. He told me to bring it on over. I took a lunch break and dropped the car off and Graham was so diligent in communicating with me and the dealership. I was a little overwhelmed because there were so many cars on the lot but I also noticed that EVERYONE was moving with a sense of urgency and were smiling and greeting everyone they saw! He also went to bat for me to get the repair work approved quickly so that he could complete the work asap and I could enjoy my birthday weekend and the upcoming holiday weekend! I picked up my car a few hours later !This is the kind of service that gets a location referred to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much for being diligent, professional, and kind!
