My experience was excellent. Customer service and notifications were so appreciated. The work looks great and they have popcorn in the waiting area. The best part is you don't have time to eat it. Very quick service. Very little wait time.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from Caliber Collision. In the last year since it was repaired, I’ve had to bring my car back TWICE because of cheap, poor quality repairs that they did. They give their repairs a ”Lifetime Warranty,” but I’ve been in contact with this location since January trying to get them to do a warranty repair on my rim that Caliber repaired improperly, and it’s been impossible to get them to call me back or fix the issue. I’ve brought my car in person, and been told by the manager he will “get a fix for it very quickly,” but can never get in touch with him or get him to actually fix the issue. Their communication is awful, their repair work is sub-par, and the customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor, avoid the stress, and choose somewhere else.
