Very disappointed in the service I received at Asian one. I have been very forgiving with this company but today was the last straw. 1. A few months ago I bought my car in and was told it would be ready for pick up later in that same day because the work I needed done was very simple. I received no call. The next day towards the end of the day I call to check in After getting the run around, I was told that they basically forgot about it. 2. I received a diagnostic on my car and was assured this was the cause. After getting it fixed, the check engine light came back on the very next day 3. Called to get an estimate on a job for my car and in turn received a very rude interaction. He was extremely nonchalant as if my service didn't matter to him. This was concerning because the quote he estimated was around the same as the quote I received from my cars service brand. The only difference was the customer service was top tier there compared to here. I really wanted to work with them becau
