This guy is stand up !!! I was told by several other mechanics and transmission shops that my torque converter broke and "probably " caused damage to my transmission. Everybody else said I needed a new transmission. Al had the best price on a used transmission installed so I had it towed to him. Once he got the vehicle he found out that my transmission wasnt damaged at all and only needed to be re-flashed and serviced. He saved me over $1800 by being gonest and had my vehicle done in just 2 days !!! I dont know many mechanics that would have been that honest and only did the work that was needed. I will definitely be bringing him more of my vehicles Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement
I had at the great pleasure of working with Mr. Al. He did some major repairs to my car. The price was fair and the work was finished quicker than I expected. He sent me pictures as the work was being completed and communicated through out the entire process. I will use Auto Tech again. Service: General repairs & maintenance
My car was smoking white /gray smoke from exhaust I called and spoke to Al he was the best he gave a Excellent description on how to check my oil and make sure my car wasn’t over heating and coolant levels was good he also took the time to give me this knowledge all while he was OFF THE CLOCK typically MOBIL mechanics say there closed or don’t answer at all NOT AL ! thank again for your help he also answered the phone when I called at a good rate ????????????????
