Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

This place used to be great, but a few years ago I think the ownership changed and the place has never been the same. The workers aren't as nice, nor do they have the same work ethic. Plus now they do this scam where they put a sticker on your car that you need an oil change in 3000 miles (used to be 5000 miles) , although I paid $90 to get synthetic oil and that lasts 6000 miles. I didn't realize that the last time around and came in 2000 miles early because I thought I was past due. Today the service was beyond awful! First of all, I had an appointment for 10 AM to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. When I got there at 10 AM the man in charge told me that I had to wait in line and there were 3 cars in front of me. One of the wells was closed and there were guys just standing around doing nothing. I did not get my service finished until 11 AM, and then they said that I would have to leave my car and come back to get my tires rotated, so I said forget it. They basically told m

Showed up at 525pm for an oil change only to find cones behind the couple of cars in line blocking additional cars from getting in line. Kind of ridiculous to cut the line off over 30 minutes before you actually close.
