Great service but they try and get you to buy things you don’t need at the moment.
Terrible service, came in because of clanking caused by the stabilizer being loose. Got quoted for everything but THAT initially. Technician had the balls to tell me face to face that a splash guard replacement was worth ~$450 for 2 splash guards (it's a 25 dollar part on amazon and any other service center) and $80 for 5 bolts. Furthermore got quoted ~800 for strut replacements. All in all, nothing what I came in for because turns out they did not have the part. Waste of 5 hours of my time. How they are quoting/treating people in this service center is criminal. Absolutely do not trust the quotes you get from here!!!!!!!!
I booked an oil change on World Toyotas website. It applied a 10 percent off. The advisor acted like I had done something g wrong when I showed up. The website Price was $44.96 vs. $49.95. In short the staff is rude and the culture at the service Department is Toxic. I hope They don’t sabotage my car or make me wait for 2 hours for my oil change. Service: Oil change
