Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I've just moved to the area. Like clockwork I had an appointment and walked out to flat tire. I don't know how to change tires. I have AAA. I called AAA. They sent a tow truck rather than AAA road assistance just in case the tire needed to be replace and was not just a leaking air issue. I called Tuffy's and spoke to Rusty. He took all my information and was very professional and friendly over the phone. Once I got there, he had the paperwork ready for me. Turns out the wheel weight was bad and the tire could not hold air. Karol was awesome, within minutes he did a fix and told me no charge. I am so appreciative. Karol and Rusty treated me like I have been a Tuffy's customer for years. They will definitely be my go to place for car maintenance.

I was told by an auto parts store that my alternator was bad. Took my car to Tuffy and they ran a series of diagnostics on my electrical system. Karol came back and told me they detected no issues. They could have sold me an alternator plus labor and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I asked how much for the diagnostics and it came to zero dollars. Tuffy has earned my respect and they now have a new customer for life. Service: Electrical repair

These guys were incredibly informative. They actually worked on two of my cars in one day and finished them in a short amount of time with high quality work. I recently moved to the area, and will absolutely be returning for any other auto work I may need. Highly recommend them!
