My insurance sent this company and I am so thankful for the service I received! My tow driver was an angel. Such a stressful situation he ensured my safety, provided great service, and was incredibly kind.
Had my property towed, had a rep out there that told me the price to recover it would be $167 if it was held less than 4 hours (an hour didn’t even pass), got to the yard and somehow the price was $280, due to them not getting the “measurements” right. They also stated that by law they’re not obligated to carry a measuring tape so they just spew numbers and prices out. I would give them 0/5 stars if I could honestly.
