In a business where it's almost impossible to please customers, Starling came through -- splendidly. Dolores was my contact and was better than great, start to finish. Clear communication, accurate appraisals, costs completely delineated. Even at a time when getting parts was tough, they got me taken care of, and on schedule. Plus, the waiting area is the most comfortable I've experienced at any dealership. Dolores and Starling were a blessing after I had a breakdown and tough Saturday night experience on I-4.
