Now that I think of it, I think they give everyone preferential treatment because everyone that walks into there office gets genuine and quick support. Left my fleet truck basicly untouched for 4 days. I ended up having to have it towed elsewhere for repairs. I tried, I called , they said they would let me know by end of the day, it just never happened. They seem pretty busy, they won't miss my business..
