Caliber Collision

Had minor front quarter panel damage from an accident. Caliber did a great job with the repairs. The communication along the way was great and easy thru their texting/messaging system. Car was delivered on time.

Caliber Collison was absolutely amazing to work with! Unfortunately, the headlights from my Jeep were stolen and a number of parts had to be replaced. I had a personal situation where I needed my car back as quickly as possible. Joe and Rick did everything possible to get me an appointment immediately. They assessed my car, ordered the parts that day and repaired my car back to perfect condition within my tight timeline. Thank you so much!

Wonderful treatment from start to finish.The team was straightforward, respected my time and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was surprised to see my car detailed when I picked up. I would have given 5 stars however, I have a small discrepancy, when I got inside my car I could see they tried their best to vacuum and wipe up the grey dust matter from the work done but it was not a good job. A for effort, F for execution. My entire car interior had to be professionally detailed to remove the dust matter that was lining my headboard, carpets, all seats, doors, and side panels. It was a mess! Could have prevented a lot of cleanup if the seats were covered in plastic and the floors covered as well. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
