I wanted to thank Manager, Daniel Justus & Assistant Manager, Dre Mathis. Dre went above & beyond. I got a paid for Lyft ride to get a paid for rental car. Our car was ready the next morning...maybe same night, but they didn't call. Also, car went there twice & wasn't repaired. I blame Carmax. The car they sold us either is unable to be repaired, or they don't want it to be repaired until the warranty expires. Anyway, Apex also has a nice, quiet, private waiting room there as well.

Apex automotive does quality work, if you are able to pay for it. They gave my older car a thorough inspection from top to bottom, and gave me great recommendations for what I need to look out for. There was a lot of work that could have been done and I appreciate everything they pointed out to me. I originally came here because they sent one of their discount coupons in the mail. Little did I know with discount it would still be 20% more expensive than other places. They use corporate pricing, so all their parts are marked way up. For reference, they quoted me $250 dollars for changing the serpentine belt, $100 for a belt and $150 for labor. Got it replaced elsewhere for $100 total. Steve is great at the front, but the other guy up front kept trying to convince me to go through with 1000s of dollars of preventative(and unnecessary) service for a car worth 5k.
