My car needed a new water pump and water pump belt unexpectedly. Chris was able to get my vehicle in, ordered and received the necessary part and fixed it all in a matter of 2 hours. I was actually pretty surprised at how quickly he got it done. He educated me on the problem, how it affects my car, and how to take better care of my vehicle, plus he was also transparent/upfront with his costs. He took care of me very well and even did some courtesy cleaning for my vehicle. I think my vehicle actually drives better now since he worked on it. Thanks again Chris!

I had an emergency AC failure. The right side was blowing hot and the other side cold and I am moving in 3 days to Ohio. I called and the told me that I can come in right away. My issue was resolved within an hour. Everything was explained well , the guy was very professional and sincere and the price was decent. I would definitely recommend this place.

I'm sorry this took so long to write, my son bought a 2006 Mustang GT convertible. He worked for entire year to afford this car. After a few months it kept stalling out on him every time he drove it. We took it to 3 mechanics - DON'T GO TO VIKING, WHATEVER YOU DO. They all said it was an electrtical issue and it would depend on how much money I wanted to spend to see how to fix it. Anyway, after 3 mechanic shops we were told about Chris. Damn thing was the battery, he was the only freakin mechanic who took one look and said it's the stupid battery !!!! THE ONLY FREAKIN MECHANIC. If you value your money, if you value your time - go to see Chris at Satterfields. He will be straight up with you, give you a fair price and you can trust this man.
