Instead of going for the most expensive thing first I’ve saved thousands over the years because they take the time to figure out what’s going on with tricky issues. I just saved $250 on replacing a rare part because they were able to fix and rebuild it. When I needed an exorbitantly expensive oil pump, they called and gave me the option to go new with a warranty or if I wanted to order a used one. That alone saved me over $600 compared to the lexus dealer. I recommend them to everyone!
