I have only had FANTASTIC service here, this was the second time my car needed repair , Kriss and Tom are incredible , Toms unreal ability to diagnose, communicate and repair are second to none . I got better service here than I got from Mercedes Benz In San Diego! Top notch! Trust them with your Benz, they will OVER DELIVER every time! Wonderful shop!!!!

I stopped by this shop without an appointment Monday morning for my Mercedes and was told they only do appointments, which I figured but was very appreciative for the owner to take some time to talk to me about my car and not rushed whatsoever. I stopped by this place because the dealership was quoting me over 4k and Herdon’s was substantially lower. I didn’t get my car looked at becauseI didn’t have an appointment but the owner was so nice that I wanted to right a review.
