I've used Maxi Auto Repair a few times now and I've always been satisfied with the service but especially the good communication. They're straight up about estimates on repairs and prioritizing what needs to be done vs what should be done. The email summary of my vehicle inspection is clear and concise. My experience at Maxi was the best I’ve had at any repair shop in Jacksonville. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable front desk employees. (I worked with Justin who has been so informative, honest & kind) They sent me a link to a digital copy of my inspection that included photos of MY vehicle listing where there are leaks, and how high of a priority it is to fix. I dropped my car off without an appointment for an evaluation after the dealership tried to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to fix my vehicle’s ‘cracked lower control arms’. The friendly and efficient service I received here at Maxi was awesome - and the best thing is that their honest mechanics didn’t find any cracks in the control arms (another attempted money grab from the dealership, as I suspected). So instead I was able to put my money towards maintenance my car actually needed and now it runs better than it has in months. :) I so appreciate the honesty and efficiency! Will be back for service when I need it next for sure.
