About a year ago, a rodent chewed a hole in my gas line. I took it to this shop to have it repaired. Recently rodent chewed another hole in a gas line. I took it back to PFIEFER AUTO, they called me and told me that whoever worked on this truck previously had improperly repaired the gas line. I told them that their tech is the one that repaired it in properly because nobody else has worked on the vehicle except for me and PFIEFER AUTO motive. their response was well. Have you owned a truck since it was new because somebody also worked on it. No I’ve owned the truck since the new, so they charge me $170 to replace the gas lines that they originally replaced. With the gas line being ruptured I knew gas would probably leak out so I put a 5 gallon gas can in the back of the pick up truck with gasoline in it and a funnel to put in the tank when my truck with finally ready they called me and said I could come and pick it up when I went to pick it up it wouldn’t start because there was no g

Not happy with the owner. He was rude and he doesn't care about his customers. He refused to talk to me. His employees told me that they would let him know I needed to talk to him. He never called me back. I wouldn't recommend this place of business to anyone.

Beware of this company AAA dispatched for a tow truck driver called said he would be their in 25 minutes, never showed, wouldn't answer phone left me broken down. I am assuming it's because i declined allowing them to do repairs. They didn't cancel with AAA either. I called Pheifers to explain what happened, they hung up on me the first time.. The second time more or less declined to allow me to talk to the owner for some kind of understanding for horrible service. In total i waited 3.5 hours for a tow. The dispatcher for Pfeifer stated that the driver determined my vehicle was commercial and didn't qualify for service. AAA disputes this and says I should have been towed. I am filing a complaint with AAA recommending they are removed as a vender. My major complaint is how rude and irresponsible Pfeifer handled this from beginning to end. They abandoned a 60 year old man in the heat of the day with no communication. I can only imagine what I may have been exposed to if I had them do
