Frank bent over backwards to give me prompt quality service on my 2022 Tesla model 3 that I rent from Hertz to drive Uber with.
If you value your vehicle looking nice DO NOT bring it here. This is the aftermath of this shop mounting tires on my stock wheels thankfully I didn't not bring any aftermarket wheels here for these guys to ruin. Do better.
On August 15th I made an appointment for an oil change on August 19th. Later that evening I received an email stating “If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time convenient for you”. On August 17th I received another email “We apologize for the scheduling complications. The store you are interested in visiting is unable to confirm your appointment, and may have attempted to reach you via the phone you provided. Please contact the store directly, or use the “Reschedule”button below to select another date, time or store”. Firestone at 952 Patricia Ave, Dunedin, FL (p.s. I was not able to reply to the email)
