I have the best possible review/recommendation for Dunedin Garage. Alternator on my Toyota Camry died this morning. I took it there, and after a few hours, Rich (I believe that's his name) gave me a call. Instead of just taking my money for whatever and sending me my way, he told me honestly that my car has multiple issues that are not worth fixing (considering the price) and that I should get a new vehicle. I appreciate that itself cause again, I could've just wasted my money until next issue and that would be a neverending cycle. But that's not all folks. They charged my car so that I can at least take it home, and Rich followed me with his vehicle all the way home to make sure that I was safe and sound. It may seem like a silly thing, but it made me cry that someone was that courteous cause I was majorly stressed out with the whole situation. Been going here for years for numerous small and medium jobs for a few cars. Honest. They charge reasonable market prices for labor and parts, fair to both parties, and get the job done the 1st time. They try and use better replacement parts, such as OEM when needed or possible, new if available vs. rebuilt. If you've ever had a no-name rebuilt alternator that the other non-dealer shops use vs. an OEM rebuilt one, it makes ALL the difference, for example.
