Horrible business and customer service!!!!. I bought a new $3,500 transmission with a full warranty from them they installed it in 3 days..2 months later they transmission went bad and they weren't going to replace it because he wasn't going to make any labor money to replace it. Finally they were going to try and replace it but came up with story after excuse of why it was taking so long and kept blaming the company he was getting it from saying that the girl he was dealing with had cancer and he had to wait on her for the transmission??. They said my transfer case was bad and it was going to cost me 1,400$ to replace. Craig went on vacation and forgot about my truck and I had to call to remind him that he said it was going to be ready in 2 weeks. It took them 4 months to finally replace my transmission and they did not give me a warranty on this one then told me my transfer case was going to be 2,200$ ???!! 4 months ago it was 1,400$.
