My Classic 1999 230 SLK Mercedes Convertible with only 90,515 Miles (*indicated on Jon Hall Service Report & Adjuster) was dropped off for rear damage caused by a Truck. Kati assured me parts ordered by Mercedes in advance for a 3 day repair. Jon Hall not only kept my car for a month. My vehicle came back unacceptable. Excessive mileage put on my car over 9 k miles (Now; 100,317) My interior light left on drained my battery that had to replace. Driver side damaged taillight not working Excessive tape & bird debris & poor paint job On my newly painted car Kati blocked all my emails & phone calls to address. Also witness with me saw her decline to fix during pickup late July. . My beautiful car now is not in condition to sell as planned at the Daytona Turkey Rod Run.
