Brought the Kia to have a recall done on the security system. They told me my brakes needed to be replaced. The vehicle only has 28,000 + miles. I feel this is premature brake where. Being an auto technician for 30 years they should have replaced them under the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. They could have done it to keep me coming back. Service: Vehicle Inspection

They provide me with utmost service … However, I waited for over 6 hours and the problem was not resolved! I left for my trip to Virginia with a DINGING message that still remains NON STOP! I was told this could be resolved once corporate figures out how to do so! I will contact Kia when I return in a week

I have to say when I first purchased this car in Feb, 2022. The experience was like romper room. But when I brought car in for service it was excellent 5 stars. I also upon dropping car off at service wandered over to sales to check out cars and wait for my ride to come pick me up. It seemed a lot more professional for the 10 minutes that I spent there.
