While in D.C. from out of town, we needed urgent help with our car. We called Metro Motor Georgetown Exxon and were told to bring it right in for diagnostics and repairs. (AAA towed it there from our hotel in the West End.) The estimate for work came fast, and we had our car back in 24 hours, leaving plenty of time for a (safe!) drive back to the Midwest. The communication was excellent and the pricing was very fair, especially considering the lightning-fast service. I highly recommend this shop. Services: Brakes, Oil change
They were able to fix my broken fiat clutch and my sound speaker system very quickly. They were so accommodating, friendly, and the work was done well. If you need a mechanic in DC, this is the place to go! Services: Electrical repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing
Got a nail in my tire late at night and was able to take my car here and leave it overnight - they called me first thing in the morning and they had patched my tire and didn't try to upsell me on tire replacement which was nice. Highly recommend these folks. Service: Tires
