Fairly mixed bag. Scheduled a 3pm appointment for brake noise, FM radio and Android Auto malfunction. When I came to the first appointment, they said the car will have to stay overnight because they will not even look at it until the next morning. Rescheduled the appointment for 9am. When I came to the second one, they said it may take more than a day for the diagnostic. I insisted I was picking up the car that day, as I needed the car. They called around 3pm saying it was done. What they explained was - they could not recreate any of the issues and basically did not do/change anything. They recommended I come back again when their chief tech will be back and he will back channel with Toyota mother ship and see if there is some larger issue at hand. Three stars because they gave me a ride back home and picked me up on time. It would have been one star but the shuttle service saved the review.

Extremely professional especially since they were dealing with the local snow storm at the time. Prompt service with perfectly reasonable and acceptable pricing. Online scheduling was simple and convenient.

As expected with most car dealerships, they try to stiff you, but this one took it to a whole new level. I went in for a routine service on a two-year old car. I was told on the phone, when they kept hounding me to come in, that the price for the service would be $60-$70. I get there and they try to make me pay nearly triple that amount. I wound paying *only* twice the amount I was first told. While they're working on it, I get a call from them trying to recommend nearly $300 in additional "repairs" that are completely unnecessary for a relatively new Camry. And then to top it off, their shuttle service took nearly an hour before it even left to bring me back. Ridiculous service but not surprising. Get a second opinion on anything they offer.
