They are honest and you can't find that anymore at mechanic shops I have been very pleased with their honesty and have never charged me if something was returned for repair I give them an a+ thanks Jim
These guys are great! They listened carefully to my vehicle concerns. Took the time to make sure they had the problem nailed down, and gave me a very fair estimate before starting the repair. I will happily have go back there for any further work needed on my vehicle.
I had wonderful experiences at Rudd Auto Repair. I took my 2004 Element in to see what was going on with the AC. Fred diagnosed it as low and got it fixed right up. It is wonderful having AC again. My second trip there was to fix the driver's window actuator - that rolls the window up and down. I got a quote and a time to come back when the part would be in. It all happened just as promised. I was very happy with the service and the repairs. I highly recommend. Veteran owned which is important to us. Service: Air conditioning
