I cracked my oil pan and needed to get it fixed quick because I had a trip planned for later in the week. I called uptown auto and had the best customer service experience. John is extremely friendly and knows what he’s doing. I got a quote over the phone and was even able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The entire process of getting my car fixed was easy and stress free. It was repaired before 5 the following day and I’ve had no issues at all with my car since! They really seem to care about the customer here, couldn’t recommend them more and I’m very thankful to john and the rest of the crew at uptown auto.
