Scott’s Loveland location was fantastic as always and so was Matthew Yoder! Took my Honda there because I was having trouble with my keyless push start, they were able to diagnose issue and even reached out to the Honda Dealership in Fort Collins and when no one answered they contacted the Greeley location and got all the answers I needed before making the appointment there! Matt went above and beyond to take care of me, the entire team is amazing! Very friendly and super clean facility! From scheduling to pick up!!!! Highly recommend Scott’s!

Called and talked to Matt . He was very courteous and friendly. He listened as I explained my issue about my low beams not functioning. He checked with the shop manager to see if they could quickly look at the issue and further explained that there would be a charge if they needed to run diagnostics. Which was nice to know upfront! Upon arrival at their location Matt came out and greeted me which has never happened to me in my years of driving...he popped the hood and in a few minutes had my low beams working. When I asked how much I owed...NOTHING...was the reply. I couldn't believe my ears, nothing, I replied? NOTHING! That has never happened in my driving life and it took me a few seconds for it to register. They were busy and shop time isn't cheap as it takes someone time to diagnose and repair. This shop is the best! So kind and willing to work with all schedules. Kevin was incredibly helpful and took the time to help me understand my car report. They also made sure I got checked in quickly so I could get to work on time. Highly recommend this shop and all their employees (especially Kevin)!
