I went to the Ford Dealership first and my truck sat for a day and I needed it. I was on hold for a total of 12 minutes calling in 3 times trying to find out my status of my truck. Ford over booked service that day. I took my truck to Advantage Automotive and got an appointment the next day. I had an eight o'clock appointment and had my options for the fix in 1.5 hours. I got my vehicle back by noon. I would recommend Advantage Automotive to everyone because of their customer service alone. Prices most likely are comparable or less then most places. I am going to work with them on fixing my 2000 Trans Am radiator. Thank you!
