Steve did a great job diagnosing the problem Tim Warren was very good at staying in contact with us and making sure we were able to bring back the car when the part needed could worked on and fixed. The overall time from bringing in the car to pick up was perfect. I have already told Steve how much I appreciated his thoroughness and workmanship in completing the work so well. The service team as well as the courtesy shuttle and Mike Kelley did great. My wife didn’t need to take anytime off work to get her Yukon XL Serviced. She was excited it was completed and was returned washed, all in a short time. Service: Auto maintenance

First I would like to say we like Weld County Garage. The Service Member that took our key to our vehicle did not listen to the instructions that was given to her. It seemed she was in too much of a hurry to leave. It was close to closing time. I specifically asked not to have the tires rotated, we had just purchased 2, had them rotated & balanced. I also let her know this service was covered ????% under the “Service Warranty.” She did not write down any information other than my phone number not even our name, insisting she ”Knew this was a covered service.” and would “Let the service technician know.” I found this somewhat strange. She even spoke with the Gentleman who called me regarding this while I was still their getting ready to walk out the door. Seems to me when your customer comes in and gives specific instructions on what “To Do” and what “Not to Do”, notes should be taken down and actually passed on to the proper team members.
