Spent $4K to repair check engine diagnostic, HVAC and some suspension repair. Still have the check engine light and HVAC not working. Returned the expedition and Mac shared his feelings how I should be happy for not having to pay extra for returning the car. Mac assured me they’d replace any missing bolts and they’ didn’t. He also said he should have told me they might not be able to repair the HVAC. I brought the car elsewhere and paid $200 to get the HVAC repaired - It was a faulty wiring job. The techs are probably ok but Mac the service writer will give you a cheesy “good ol boy” sales line to cover his lack of tech knowledge. Asked for a partial refund but he declined. Fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice….I’m not going back.

This place was great. Squeezed me in for a headlight unit replacement and once they realized it was going to take longer than they originally anticipated they offered me a loaner car for the day. The crew is good folk and recommended I order the unit on my own to save money which definitely helped out in the end. Service: General repairs & maintenance
